To provide signatory Employers with qualified, well trained and motivated members to get the job done right and on time.
To provide the membership with access to work opportunities, training, educational and literacy programs and scholarships, medical and dental coverage, pensions, addiction recovery assistance, and legal advocacy services.
To provide both signatory Employers and members with responsive and timely services, recognizing that competitive, flexible, innovative, cost effective, and proactive initiatives are necessary in today's and tomorrow's economy.
To promote safe, secure, harassment and discrimination free workplaces, and to encourage equity, first nations and local hire initiatives.
And finally, to provide local communities and organizations with support in health, housing, education, and other benevolent social efforts.
