SUBJECT: CIMS/TCML LEAD KIVCET SHUT DOWN 2007

Congratulations to all workers on a successful shut down. We at CIMS would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Union 1611 labour workers who were diligent in keeping the PAPR system running. The decontamination process throughout the entire system including the decontamination centers and dressing facilities, the runners and the cleaning process workers, set a record of over 17,000 units being processed. According to TCML M. Davidoff, the PAPR process time through the entire system averaged out to 1.8 minutes per unit with a very small percentage of deficiencies. This is an excellent average overall. We at CIMS look forward to working with 1611 personnel on future TCML shut downs.

Best Regards,

Matt Beauregard,

I was pleased to see that the Trustees submitted a response to the position paper issued by the Alberta/BC Expert Pension Panel and particularly please to see that the submission strongly supported the adoption of formal governance and funding policies. I'm proud of the way the Trustees have embraced the importance of good governance and prudent funding policies. Keep up the good work.

To Bruce Ferguson, President.

Yesterday Leroy Vollans and his lovely wife came here and presented me with a gold "50 Year" pin, a folder with a gold membership card, and a mug, it was very humbling to me. Leroy is such a pleasant man, we had a nice visit with both of them. Thank you so much for everything I received.

I've always been a proud member.
